You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Mapinlay (tours, images, videos, text). By publishing a tour, you grant Mapinlay a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the platform's explore feed and public tour pages.

You may unpublish or delete your tours at any time, which will revoke this license for the affected content.

4. AI-Generated Content

Mapinlay offers AI-powered tour generation. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

Mapinlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapinlay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service.

Mapinlay integrates with third-party services (Google Identity Services, Anthropic AI, AWS). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
